Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the animal care department, ensuring the highest standards of care for our furry friends.
• Manage a team of animal care technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Assist with medical procedures, examinations, and treatments under the direction of a licensed veterinarian.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care, medications, and treatments.
• Educate customers on pet health and wellness, offering personalized recommendations and advice.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
• Uphold compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.

Qualifications:

• Vet Tech or Veterinarian Assistant certificate preferred.
• Prior experience in a veterinary clinic or pet care facility.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
